From the International Airport Tocumen:

From the airport you need to take the Corredor Sur and drive up to the end, and exit in avenida Balboa where the Cinta Costera is.  When you get to the end you will be in Panama City, from there you need to pass two traffic lights and stay to the left hand side go straight until you see the buses turning to the left again. From the bus terminal or Albrook Airport:
